2. Technical condition

Due to the overhaul, the machine is within the acceptance conditions of new machines.
-The machine was completely disassembled and cleaned.
-All compact guides and ball screw drives have been replaced.
-The main drive motor and the feed motors were checked in contract workshops and, if necessary, set in stand.
-The main spindle body was replaced by a new one, the spindle was re-stored and retracted on the test bench.
-All cables, air lines and broken initiators have been replaced.
-Table assembly, magazine, tool changer and coolant system have been overhauled.
-panes of work space protection have been renewed and a colour scheme has been carried out.
In addition, a new main spindle and a new Kessler motor can be supplied as a spare part.
