The colour mist extraction wall Color Max is the right paint shop for smaller rooms and workshops. In a solid compact design with a small structural depth of only 800 mm, it can be placed directly on the wall in a space-saving manner. Equipped with a driving device, the suction wall can always be placed exactly where it is needed.
The parts to be painted are to be positioned in front of the suction wall in such a way that the superfluous ink mist can be grasped by the suction device. In the first stage, this impact is imputed onto the front cardboard filter mat. Paint particles are introduced into the storage pockets of these filters, are stored there and harden. In the next two stages, further particles remaining in the air stream are filtered out by means of a glass fibre fleece and a fine filter.

The exhaust air, which is cleaned by the solids, is blown through the wall or ceiling through an exhaust air system into the open air. The space in which the suction wall is located must be supplied with sufficient new fresh air, since a negative pressure is generated here by the suction. If required, air supply systems can be installed, which, equipped with a heat exchanger, transfers the heat of the exhaust air to the new fresh air and ensures considerable heating costs in winter.
The easy accessibility of this splashboard ensures a quick and problem-free change of the cost-effective filter mats. Water tubs additionally catch the paint fog and protect the workshop floor from dirt.
