Description

The SERRMAC DIGIT is the consequent, technological expansion stage of the SERRMAC TCS series.
It expands all advantages and application possibilities with a digital position display for the drilling quill as well as for the XY axis or an NC XY stage.
Additionally equipped with:

7 inch touch screen 3-axis digital display
128 MB memory with 4 zero points and simple work cycles (bolt circle function, row drilling functions, angle function etc.)
Data transfer via interface or WLAN (option)

DIGIT VR / E version:
The working axes of the XY stage are not controlled and are moved manually. The X-axis can be optimized with the "stepless table longitudinal feed" option. However, there is no automatic positioning here.

Version DIGIT-VR / E - CN:
The working axes of the cross table in X / Y are NC-controlled with brushless motors and can also be moved manually. There is an automatic positioning in the program for the X / Y axis of the cross table. The Z axis (drilling stroke) remains a manual axis with automatic feed.
The SERRMAC DIGIT is therefore the perfect, manual or automated drilling and milling machine for the more demanding demands.
