MVP - very high-quality PLC-controlled horizontal gluing press for gluing solid wood strips to solid wood panels. With the pressing system MVP, it is possible to produce individual solid wood panels for any application. The gluing of the strips already applied with glue is carried out with water / thermal oil heating plates or electric heating plates; the customer can also equip the press with an HF generator. The strips are loaded manually or via a belt, magazine or pre-sorting table.
The optionally available automatic glue application machine is equipped with a vertical roller and it is possible to pre-program the number of strips that are to be applied with glue. The perfectly parallel heating plates, the side cylinders for pressing in the strips and the clamping bar allow the production of strip plates with different dimensions. The logic control controls all processes on the system, the only manual process is the first loading of the strips. When unloading, the MVP pressing system can be equipped with various discharge devices. Largest solid wood panel to be pressed 2.500 mm x 1.300 mm x H 150 mm (optional up to 5.000 mm x 1.300 mm).
