The ALRS 600 is a CNC controlled flat bar feeding and shearing system to be mounted on GEKA Hydracrop 80 and Hydracrop 110 dual cylinder ironworkers. This system is ideally designed for shearing desired lengths and quantities of flat bars up to 600x15 mm and 6 m length.
THE ASSEMBLY CONSISTS OF:
* Drive roller with hydraulically controlled pinch roller.
* Servo motor with linear encoder.
* B+amp;R Power Control 500 10?user friendly touch screen control mounted in a control cabinet.
* Positive hydraulic clamping.
* Fix guide rollers.
* Manually adjustable straight guide rollers.
* 6m roller bed conveyor.
* Electric cabinet
THE WORK PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:
* Place the flat bar on the rollers
* Adjust the lateral rollers to the width of the flat bar
* Clamp the material with the hydraulic hold down
* Run the program previously generated through Geka?s Line Pro software.
The machine will automatically feed to length and automatically will shear

The unit consists of an industrial type PC control mounted in a console.
It incorporates a touch screen monitor with an intuitive and extremely user friendly interface
developed by Geka for ease of navigation through all stages of operation.

* Jog mode for calibration of axis, manual control of the axis forward and back, and go-to mode for manual shearing.
* On-screen diagnostics of PLC input / outputs as well as the X driver, for ease of troubleshooting the system.
* Set-up features include selections of multiple languages, inches or millimeters, type of machine, and +quot;X+quot; min / max adjustments.
ELECTRIC CABINET
* Electric cabinet containing power and control equipment for the axis positioning and control of the machine
* Includes Allen-Bradley Guarmaster? safety relays
* Electric cabinet is mounted in the same console as the control is located.
* Standard input power is 400 V - 50 Hz - 3 phases. In case different input requirement is needed, let us know

* It is a visual and a very easy to use application with graphic representations. It shows the operator the image of the piece that is being designed.
* Designing parts with a visual layout of the plate and shear pattern
* Automatically optimizes the shearing sequence with the ability to also manually change the shear sequence.
* Creates manufacturing sheets of the parts for hard copy printouts
