The large-scale Vacomat 350 XP TWIN is a real energy-saving miracle among the mobile dedusters. Two frequency-controlled motors (5.5 kW each) provide for a correspondingly adapted suction power, especially in the case of highly changing operating conditions. As a result, only as much energy is consumed as is actually required. This deduster promotes air quantities of up to 10,000 m³ / h and is ideally suited for the extraction of large CNC machines or entire machining centres.
The innovative and highly intelligent control system automates the extraction process with the machines connected in the composite system. The suction system starts automatically as soon as a connected processing machine is switched on. If the power requirement is lower, only one fan is started. As soon as several suction points run, the second fan is automatically switched on.
In the standard, the cleaning of the filter tubes starts automatically in the operating breaks as soon as all connected processing machines are switched off.
Then our patented filter shaking by means of a compressed air connection ensures the gentle cleaning by means of a kind of "discharge" (inlet pressure 6 bar, air requirement per cleaning cycle approx. 11 l).
Optional, especially recommended in the case of very high and particularly fine dust content, an efficient pressure impact cleaning is available The cleaning via the compressed air tank takes place offline, after the suction operation (ATTENTION: construction height then +100 mm and length +350 mm).
Our Vacomats are manufactured in a modular design. In the standard, the dust-chip mixture is discharged into four dust-tight spänesammeltons (4 x 120 l) with inserted, stable plastic bags. A vacuum channel securely holds the foil bags in the collecting container. Viewing windows facilitate the control of their filling height.
Alternatively, the dust extractor is also available with a discharge into a briquetting press (with a pre-switched chip container) or in BigBags, a container or chip bunker (with an upstream ATEX cell wheel lock and screw conveyor).
