Beskrivelse | The Vacomat 140 / 160 XP (e) mobile deduster is our smallest model and is ideally suited for single machine suction. Air quantities of up to 1,593 m³ / h can be conveyed by this suction system in a vacuum process, e.g. for the dedusting of format circular saws, straightening or thickness hoists.
In the standard version, the suction is started by hand at the push of a button. If desired, an automatic start of the ventilator can be installed when the connected processing machine is switched on, so that the suction is not forgotten or is not possible. is operated unnecessarily during idling.
The dust, chip mixture is discharged into a dust-proof spray collection container (240 l) with a plastic bag placed in it. A vacuum channel securely holds the foil bag in the collecting container. Viewing windows make it easier to check the filling level.
The Vacomat 140 / 160 XP (e) mobile dust extractor independently monitors its suction capacity via a pressure measurement box and ensures maximum operational safety.
The filter cleaning-XP or XPe?
In the case of Vacomat 140 / 160 XP, the filter cleaning is carried out pneumatically / mechanically. Due to the connection to compressed air, dust and chips are filtered out with a patented "shredding" filter-friendly. The regeneration mechanism is started by hand when the dedusting device is switched off.
With the Vacomat 140 / 160 XPe, an integrated switch cabinet provides electrical / mechanical control over a vibratory motor for cleaning. The control is effected by means of the query of the woodworking machine by means of potential-free contacts. As soon as all the connected machines have been switched off, the motor filter shaking starts automatically. No connection to compressed air and thus also no compressor is required for this regeneration mechanism. This leads to a significant reduction of the noise level during the cleaning process.
An efficient pressure shock cleaning (XP-D or XPe-D) is available (ATTENTION: construction height + 100 mm and length + 350 mm), especially in the case of very high and particularly fine dust components. The cleaning of the compressed air tank takes place offline, after the suction operation.
