The base of the KENT surface grinding machines KGS-52 / -63 / -84 are made out of heavy Meehanite cast iron body with extraordinarily high warp resistance. They are known in Germany for their high precision, reliability, and long life expectancy.

- Maintenance free precision grinding spindle unit
- Separate hydraulic unit for best thermal stability
- Automatic grinding cycle and electronic hand wheel for models WM1 and WM2
- Automatic dressing via hydr. dresser and offsetting of the dressing value during roughing. The number of dressing cycles is pre-selectable for models WMA1 and WMA2
The different versions:
 
- AHD: with autom. vertical infeed
- WM1: with grinding cycles, vertical axis
- WMA1: with grinding cycles, vertical axis, and additional. autom. dressing compensation
- WM2: with grinding cycles, vertical and transverse axis
- WMA2: with grinding cycles, vertical and transverse axis, and additional. autom. dressing compensation
