The Vacomat 180 XP (e) mobile deduster is ideal for single or multi-machine suction with an air output of up to 2,610 m³ / h. In a safe vacuum process, dusts and chips are pneumatically extracted and conveyed, e.g. for the dust removal of long-band grinding machines, large table milling machines or small wide-band grinding machines.
The suction is manually started in the standard version at the push of a button. On request, an automatic start of the ventilator is available when the connected processing machines are switched on, so that the suction function is not forgotten. is operated unnecessarily during idling.
The dust, chip mixture is discharged into two dust-tight collecting tanks (2 x 240 l) with a plastic bag inserted. A vacuum channel securely holds the foil bag in the collecting container. Viewing windows make it easier to check the filling level. Optionally, a level monitor can be installed to prevent overrun.
The mobile dust extractor independently monitors its suction power via a pressure measurement box and ensures maximum operational safety.
Instead of being discharged into two spider ammeltons, it is possible to accommodate a chip container, which allows the dusty disposal via a Schuko briquetting press.
The filter regeneration-XP or XPe?
In the case of Vacomat 180 XP, the filter cleaning is carried out pneumatically / mechanically. Due to the connection to compressed air, dust and chips are filtered out with a patented "shredding" filter-friendly. As soon as the dust removal device is switched off, the regeneration mechanism is manually started by hand.
With the Vacomat 180 XPe, an integrated switch cabinet provides electrical / mechanical control over a vibratory motor for cleaning. The control is effected by means of the query of the woodworking machine by means of potential-free contacts. As soon as all the connected machines have been switched off, the motor filter shaking starts automatically. No connection to compressed air is required for the regeneration mechanism and therefore no compressor is required. This leads to a significant reduction of the noise level during the cleaning process.
An efficient pressure shock cleaning (XP-D or XPe-D) is available (ATTENTION: height +100 mm and length +350 mm), especially in the case of very high and particularly fine dust components. The cleaning of the compressed air tank takes place offline, after the suction operation
