We supply CNC - controlled cone bending machines in three-roller design especially for bending conical and funnel-shaped workpieces made of sheet metal, composite material and bendable plastics. Our cone bending machines have a very small diameter upper roller and correspondingly large diameter lower rollers. This makes it possible to produce conical and cylindrical workpieces with very small internal diameters in relation to the sheet thickness; workpieces with an internal diameter of 100 mm upwards can be produced. The pre-bending of conical as well as cylindrical workpieces is CNC - controlled and fully automatic. We supply our cone bending machines with a bending length of 1.500 mm to 3.000 mm and with top roll diameters of 90 mm to 205 mm.
